The big one. A 94 mm plaster-in channel with a deep 34 mm body and an angled reflector, made to sit in a ceiling and wash the whole wall beneath it from top to bottom.
Depth is what buys you reach: the extra body lets the strip sit further back and throw further down, so a tall wall lights evenly instead of hot at the top and dark at the skirting. It takes 20 mm strip up to 18 W/m, which is the output you need to carry light that far.
Strip recommendation — 240 LED/m. We recommend our 240 LED/m high-density strip in this profile. The closer LED spacing reads as one continuous line of light rather than a row of individual dots — cleaner both where the diffuser is visible and where the light is washing a surface.
