Orders are delivered within 3–5 business days, sent from our London base on a fully tracked courier. Your tracking link is emailed to you as soon as the order ships.

Yes. Long-length items over 0.9m — such as our 2m aluminium profiles — travel on a specialist service, so any order containing one is charged a flat £19.99 for UK mainland delivery, whatever the order value.

That £19.99 is the whole delivery charge, not an addition to the standard £7.99. Orders containing a long-length item do not qualify for free delivery over £200.

Yes — we deliver across the whole of the UK. Remote areas (Scottish Highlands & Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Channel Islands and Northern Ireland) may take 1–2 extra working days and can carry a small surcharge, shown at checkout.

The courier will attempt to leave your parcel in a safe place or with a neighbour, or hold it at a local depot for collection or re-delivery. You will receive tracking updates by email throughout.

Yes — collection is free. At checkout choose Pickup instead of Ship, then select our Harrow location. Orders are usually ready within 24 hours and we will email you as soon as yours is ready to collect.

Collection is free on every order, including long-length items — choosing Pickup removes the delivery charge entirely.

Yes. Made-to-measure items — custom-cut or pre-soldered LED strip, wardrobe PIR kits and bespoke networking work — are built to your specification and typically add a few working days. We will confirm the lead time when you order.
