Returns information
Complete the Request a Return form below, or email us, and we will reply within 3 working days with a Return Authorisation (RA) number and our returns address. Please return the item in its original packaging, with the RA number clearly marked, using a tracked service. Return postage is the customer's responsibility.
You have 14 days from the dispatch date of your order to request a return on any standard (non-bespoke) item. Once approved, the item must be sent back within 14 days. If an item is faulty or was supplied incorrectly, your statutory rights apply beyond this window — just email us.
Once we have received and inspected your returned item, we will issue your refund to the original payment method within 14 days. Outbound delivery charges are non-refundable, and return postage is the customer's responsibility.
Standard items must be unused and in their original, unopened packaging with seals intact. LED strip reels must not have been cut, soldered or modified.
Yes. Use the form below to select only the items you would like to return — you do not have to send back the whole order.
Because they are made to your exact specification, bespoke items — custom-cut or soldered strip, wardrobe PIR kits and bespoke networking work — cannot be returned or refunded unless they are faulty.
In the unlikely event that an item arrives damaged or develops a fault, we will resolve it promptly. Warranty length varies by product and is stated on each product page. Please email us your order number, a description of the fault and a photo or short video, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
