Aluminium ProfileFalse Ceiling Profile
Product Details
Built for the perimeter of a dropped ceiling, where the false ceiling stops short of the wall and leaves a shadow gap. This profile forms that gap properly: a 50 mm upstand takes the plasterboard edge, and the angled channel sits behind it firing light up the wall.
The result is the detail everyone wants and few get right — a ceiling that appears to float on a band of light, with no fitting in sight and no wobbly hand-formed cove to fill and sand. The 19.9 mm channel takes wide, high-output strip for a long throw up the wall.
Strip recommendation — 240 LED/m. We recommend our 240 LED/m high-density strip in this profile. The closer LED spacing reads as one continuous line of light rather than a row of individual dots — cleaner both where the diffuser is visible and where the light is washing a surface.
