10mm L-Shape Corner Connector — 90° Strip Joint

What it’s for: turning a strip run through 90° — no soldering, no cable. An L-shaped corner block that holds the cut ends of two 10mm strips at a right angle and carries the current across the joint. Drop each strip end into its groove, press the clear cover shut, and the run continues round the corner as one line of light with no dark gap and no loop of wire to hide.

The contact pins pierce straight through the PCB to reach the copper, so nothing has to be stripped, tinned or soldered — and because the pins bite the board rather than sitting on the surface pads, the joint stays put once it is closed. The covers close with finger pressure; a light squeeze with pliers seats them fully.

At 19 × 19 mm and only 3.5 mm thick it stays inside the strip’s own footprint, so it drops into an aluminium profile or a routed groove exactly like the strip does — which is what makes it the tidy answer to an internal or external corner in a cove, a shelf edge or a run of under-cabinet lighting.

Single-colour 10mm strip only. It is a 2-pin (+ / −) connector, so it suits our single-colour IP20 reels — both the 240 LED/m and 120 LED/m types, COB and SMD alike. It will not fit CCT or RGBW strip (3- and 5-conductor), it will not fit our 8mm COB reel, and it is not for IP65 strip — the silicone coating stops the pins reaching the board.
